The Mailroom/Facilities Associate is responsible for the management and maintenance of the mailroom, printshop and general facilities.  Duties include copying large volumes of forms, processing outgoing mail, inventory control, monitoring/maintaining various office equipment, and minor facilities maintenance.  Candidate should be a dependable and energetic person with good organizational and time management skills. 

Prefer at least 2 years of general office experience and knowledgeable of copier/printer functions.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering and resolving incoming telephone inquiries from customers regarding loan origination and repayment services.  Candidates must have strong verbal communication and listening skills.  Basic computer and keyboarding skills preferred.

This position requires high school diploma or equivalency.   Prefer at least one year call center experience.

Repayment Services – Account Representative/Collector

The Account Representative/Collector is responsible for assisting customers in establishing satisfactory payment arrangements for their student loan.  Candidate must have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, demonstrate good listening skills and work effectively with large staff, general public and independently. 

This position requires high school diploma or equivalency.  Prefer at least one year of collection experience with general knowledge of “The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act” and “The Fair Credit Reporting Act”.
