Palmetto Assistance Loan (PAL) – A private loan offered exclusively by SCSL for students and the parents of undergraduate students to supplement their federal loans and other financial aid.

SC Teachers Loan - A 100% forgivable loan, offered exclusively by South Carolina Student Loan (SCSL), designed to entice talented and qualified students to the teaching profession.

SC Career Changers Loan - A 100% forgivable loan, offered exclusively by South Carolina Student Loan (SCSL), designed to assist individuals wishing to change careers and enter the teaching profession.

SC PACE Loan - Offered exclusively by South Carolina Student Loan (SCSL), this program reimburses individuals for expenses associated with the SC Program of Alternative Certification for Educators (PACE) program.

Federal Stafford Loan - A long-term, low interest rate loan available to students to help pay expenses related to attending a college or university.

Federal Parent PLUS Loan – Designed to help parents (with dependent children) pay the cost of their child’s education expenses.
